South East Water had an issue with energy as part of the their sewer mains upgrade in the lower Mornington Peninsula, which required a solution of a highly tailored network of off-grid energy systems to manage the unique and specific energy requirement for the management of sewage.
Daniel Jung led a project at South East Water aimed at providing a network of off-grid solution to address electrical outages affecting the continuous treatment of water for over 1.8 million customers in South East Melbourne. In his role as lead designer, project manager, and commissioner, Jung oversaw the implementation of a solution to ensure uninterrupted water treatment for the community.
During the sewer mains upgrade in the lower Mornington Peninsula, South East Water encountered a significant energy challenge that threatened the successful management of sewage in the area.
Daniel Jung led the initiative of a groundbreaking project aimed at implementing a customised off-grid network to address the specific energy requirements for sewage management.
As the driving force behind this innovative solution, Daniel Jung's expertise and leadership were instrumental in ensuring the success of the project, which tackled the energy disruptions that had been affecting water treatment services for over 1.8 million residents in South East Melbourne.
